Shipping Information

Domestic Orders (Within the United States)

Most orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) and are delivered in 8-10 business days after receipt of order. Orders addressed to post office boxes are sent via the United States Postal Service.

Rush Delivery for Domestic Orders

Rush delivery service may be arranged at the time an order is placed for an additional charge. UPS confirmation will be sent to customers who supply a valid email address.

Orders to be sent overnight must be placed by 12 Noon (Eastern time) of the preceding day for delivery on the next day in the U.S. Rush and overnight orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day and can be delivered on the following business day.

International Orders

Unless otherwise requested, all international orders will be sent by the least expensive and most reliable means of shipping which may include United States Postal Service (USPS) and other international carriers. Orders may be sent by UPS or FedEx upon request. Additional charges may apply.

All orders to Canada, unless otherwise requested, will be sent by UPS. Upon request, shipments can be sent air or economy parcel post, but delivery cannot be guaranteed; orders may be reshipped, but at the customer's expense. Additional charges may apply for forms of shipment other than UPS.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Domestic Orders (Within the United States)
For credit card and bill-to orders on the Internet, the shipping and handling charges are based on the actual weight of the order. The minimum charge is $7.50. If a backordered item is a new title, shipping and handling charges will not appear on the Internet invoice. Shipping and handling charges will be added to the invoice when the item comes into inventory and all backorders are processed.

For Prepaid Orders—By Telephone
For telephone orders, the shipping and handling charges are based on the actual weight of the order. The minimum charge is $7.50.

For Prepaid Orders—Mail or Fax
For prepaid mail or fax orders, use the following scale to add shipping and handling charges (as of 1/1/08).

International Orders (Outside the United States)

International customers will receive two invoices for each order. The first invoice will only include costs for the materials themselves. The second invoice will reflect the actual shipping charges and handling fees and will be generated and mailed after the order is shipped.

If you proceed to checkout with your order, your credit card will be charged twice. The first charge will be for the cost of the materials you ordered, the second invoice will be for shipping and handling charges.

Consequently, your Internet order and confirmation will not include a cost for shipping and handling at this time. The shipping will equal zero ($0.00).

If your order contains items that are on backorder, the invoice will include shipping and handling charges on each item as it is shipped.
