Review Copies

Who May Request Review Copies?
Representatives of publications who wish to evaluate the title and publish as review of same.

How to Request Review Copies

• Submit your request in writing on publication letterhead to the address below.
• There is a limit of one review copy per title; three review titles per written request
• Include the following information in your request letter:
1. Publication Number and Title
2. Publication Name in which the book or video will/may be reviewed
3. Reviewer’s Name and Address
4. Date Needed

Educators who wish to evaluate titles for classroom use.

How to Request Desk Copies

• Submit your request in writing on department letterhead to the address below.
• There is a limit of one desk copy per title; three desk copy titles per written request
• Include the following information in your request letter:
1. Publication Number and Title
2. Course Name in which the book or video will/may be used
3. Course Dates and Projected Enrollment
4. Educator's Name and Address to which the book should be sent
5. Date Needed

Please note: If you wish to request additional copies for your teaching assistants, the total enrollment in the course (and bookstore order) must reach or exceed a ratio of 10 books ordered per book requested (e.g., 20 students for two books requested).

Please note that the fax number above is for complimentary copy requests only. USCCB Publishing reserves the right to limit availability of review and desk copies. Approved requests for review and desk copies will be shipped within 2-4 weeks of the date we receive the request.
