Making the Most of the Catechetical Sunday Materials

The materials in the Catechetical Sunday book and CD-ROM have been developed to help you and your parish to celebrate Catechetical Sunday, September 21, 2008, and to affirm, support, and celebrate the work of parish catechists and Catholic school teachers throughout the entire 2008-2009 catechetical year.

The materials are presented in two formats:

  1. Materials designed for use on Catechetical Sunday itself are included in the booklet Celebrating Catechetical Sunday 2008
  2. Materials designed for use throughout the year and based on the Catechetical Sunday 2007 theme The Word of God in the Life and Mission of the Church can be found in three formats on the CD-ROM that accompanies the resource manual:
    • Camera-ready, PDF format
    • RTF (Rich Text Format)
    • JPG (a format for saving images and photographs)
