Customer Accounts

Logging into Your Resource Service, Bookstore/Trade, or USCCB Preferred Account

Note: Click on the links in the text to see a picture that helps describe that step. Each picture will open in its own window (the windows must be closed manually.)

1. To log into your account, click on the link "Your Account" in center area towards the top of your screen, to the right of "USCCB Publishing."
2. In the Account Login area, type in your username and password. Click "Login."
3. In the Account Control Center, choose:
• Back to Store to place an order
• View Order History to look at your previous orders
• Edit User Profile to change your billing and/or shipping information
• Change Password to change your password

*If you are a Resource Service Member, a bookstore or trade account, or a USCCB Preferred Customer, you are assigned a username and password. If have not received your username and password from us, please contact us by email or by phone at 800-235-8722.
